Why should I pay someone to do this?

Good photographs are your most effective tools for selling your property, so you will want to get this part right. In order to maximize your property’s exposure and sales potential, it is crucial that your photos tell your home’s story the right way. There are three key elements to taking and showcasing great photos: a good eye for staging and composition, the right equipment and software, and time. I love bringing out the best in a home and always try to take photos that go beyond merely capturing a space but rather evoke a feeling and longing. My goal is to present your home in a way that will attract a potential buyer, showing every detail that makes it special.

What equipment do you use?

I shoot digital photos with a 10 megapixel Nikon D80 and special lenses. For post processing I use Photoshop and Mac software for organizing and webpage design.

Are you a For Sale By Owner website?

No. My main purpose is to take great photos of any property that is for sale. I work both with realtors and private sellers.
